I seriously can’t believe I hadn’t thought of this before.
I mean the ingredients were all there.

And wouldn’t you know it, warm goat cheese and beet salad is a popular dish… that somehow seemed to skip the talking kitchen menu, whoops.
So I made it. Here you go!
Pin ItAlmost didn’t make it. Good things I had leftovers of this kalamata olive goat cheese spread. Goes great with homemade pita chips. Just slice, toss with oil, salt, pepper, and garlic, and bake at 400 degrees until golden brown. Perfect late night snack!
